| It was a privilege growing up in the great city of Boston where I have been able to study with several of the most prolific teachers in the area. I can’t begin to tell you how much I have learned from my mentors like Garrison Fewel, Jon Damian, Jerry Bergonzi and Charlie Banacos. With an additional 10 years of professional experience in the work force as a professional musician under my belt, I decided it was time to continue my music studies. I decided to attend the Berklee College of Music in 1990. Since the completion of my studies at Berklee with a Professional Diploma majoring in Jazz Composition Magna Cum Laude, I began working within my profession as a musician and teacher as I have continued to study music through private instruction and courses. |
